Solocorreas is a shop dedicated to the sale of belts for washing machines and tumble dryers, both on line and over the telephone. Solocorreas delivers all orders free of charge.
Price list and shipping conditions
All the prices set out for our shop include taxes (VAT) and service charges. The prices set out in our shop can be revised and modified at any time if the conditions so require.

We guarantee that every transaction made by credit card in our online shop on line is 100% secure. All the operations that involve the transmission of personal data or bank details are made in a secure environment. We use a server based on the standard security “Secure Socked Layer.” All the information you send to us travels through the network codified. In addition, your credit card details are not recorded in any data base by solocorreas. They go straight to the TPS (Terminal point sale, of the bank).
We guarantee that every transaction made PayPal in our online shop is 100% secure. All the operations that involve the transmission of personal data are made in a safe environment. To fully ensure this we use the original PayPal server, which operates respecting the security and privacy conditions insisted on and upheld by the PayPal company.
c) Cash on delivery
On the election of the client payment may be made by cash on delivery in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Majorca, etc). The payment is made in cash on delivery of the order through the transport company corresponding to the place of delivery.
In the case of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the payment is made by card, or bank transfer. In this last case, you can contact Solocorreas and we will provide you with our account number.
Our clients enjoy the full benefit and standards given by all our different belt manufacturers. The defects or imperfections, due to an incorrect use or the poor functioning of the machine, or the natural wearing out due to normal use by the client, are not included in this guarantee.
Returns, cancellations and changes of material
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days counting from the delivery date of the order in which to return it, in accordance with article 44 of the Law 7/1996, 15 January for the regulation of retail trade, modified by Law 47/2002, 19 December 2002.
In order to return an order it should be in perfect condition and unused (an assembly attempt is considered 'used'). The goods must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
The shipping and delivery costs in the case of return shall be the responsibility of the client, and charged to him or her, except in the case that the reason for the return is the fault of Solocorreas (see point 2). No return shall be accepted if it does not comply with the conditions set out before.
Procedure for the return of an order:
1) The user shall contact Solocorreas and shall inform them of the articles they wish to return (they can contact by mail, using the form or by telephone).
2) Picking up the product. In the case that it is the return of a product due to errors in the shipping or other causes the fault of Solocorreas, the collection shall be without any charge to the client. In the rest of the cases, the client shall be charged for the costs of return and service charges.
3) Once the material is received in our warehouse, in perfect conditions, and unused, the details received shall be processed in order to proceed with the refund due.
If the payment was made cash on delivery, the refund shall be made by bank transfer and for this we will ask for your bank account number. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be made in the same way. The payment shall be made effective in a maximum period of 30 days on the reception in our warehouse of the returned product.
In the case of faulty or defective products or the wrong shipping, all the expenses shall be charged to us.
Limitation of responsibility
it is the responsibility of the client that they be technically capable of installing the belt ordered.
